Group Warm-up EMOM (2 RDs)

  • Min 1 = Jump Rope
  • Min 2 = 40 Mountain Climbers
  • Min 3= 30 Air Squats
  • Min 4 = 20 Jumping Jacks
  • Min 5 = 10 Squat Thrusts

Pre-Game EMOM

  • 50 KB High Pull —–> Goblet Squat
  • EMOM 5 Push-ups

Workout – Circuit

35 sec work/ 15 sec rest x 6 rounds

    • Bulgarian Split Squat
    • Battle Rope Jumping Jacks
    • Single KB Racked Kneel Kneel Stand (Alt sides each rd)
    • Shoulder Tap Push-up (Tap R + Tap L + Push-up)
