    • 20 Dynamic Squats
    • 10 Push-ups
    • 10 Groiners (5/5)

Pre-Game EMOM (8 min)

  • 5 DB Thrusters
  • Add 1 rep each minute. Choose a challenging weight.

Workout – Couplets

25 sec work/ 10 sec rest x 4 rounds at each

    • DB Hang Squat Clean/ Burpees
    • Heavy Slam Ball/ KB Racked Lunges
    • Wall Balls/ Weighted Wall Sit (Med Ball)
  • Take 1 minute of rest between each couplet.
