Workout – Couplet AMRAPs

Each couplet is an 8 min AMRAP. Each AMRAP will be followed by a 200 meter run/ 1 min Jump Rope and 1 min rest.

  • 5 Front Squats/ 10 Push-ups
  • 5 Push Press/ 10 Split Jumps
  • 5 Thrusters/ 10 Burpees
  • 5 AB Rollouts/ 10 Weighted Sit-ups
