Pre-Game 

    • 10 Pus-ups
    • 10 Dynamic Squats
    • Max Thrusters (Go to Failure)
    • Repeat until 100 Thrusters are completed.

Workout

40 sec work/ 20 sec rest x 6 rounds w/ 1 min Plank + 1 min rest after 2 rounds.
