  • Min #1 & 6 – 1 min Jump Rope
  • Min #2 & 7 – 40 Air Squats
  • Min #3 & 8 – 30 Jumping Jacks
  • Min #4 & 9 – 20 Dynamic Squats
  • Min #5 & 10 – 10 Squat Thrusts

Pre-Game

    • 40 DB Hang Squat Cleans
    • 3 Burpees top of every minute
      then
    • 40 KB Swings
    • 3 Burpees top of every minute

Workout (4 RDs)

    • 10 KB Clean/Goblet Squat/Rear Lunge R/Rear Lunge L
    • 10 DB Push Press
    • 10 PushUps (Feet elevated)
    • 20 Mountain Climbers (R+L=1)
    • 20 Jump Squats
    • 20 Shoulder Taps
