Partner Workout
- Part A – 5 RDs
- Partner 1 – 200 m Run
- Partner 2 – 4 Pull-ups + 8 Box Jumps + Max Push-ups
- Part B – 5 RDs
- Partner 1 – 200 m Run
- Partner 2 – 4 Burpees + 8 Renegade Rows + Max Air Squats
- Partner 2 will continue to work until partner 1 returns from the run. Workout is done when both partners have completed 5 rounds at each.
