Workout – Strength Couplets

    • BB Bench Press/ 10 Glute Bridge Pullovers
    • BB Bent o/ Rows/ 10 Push-ups
    • BB Thrusters/ 10 KB Swings
  • Complete all the sets & reps of a couplet before moving on to the next.
  • 200 m Run after each couplet.

Extra Credit – Leg Burner (3 Rds)
