Mon– 5:15 am, 9am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm & 7:30pm

Wed–5:15 am, 9am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm & 7:30pm

Thurs  – 9am,  5:30 pm, **6:30pm, 7:30 pm

Fri –  5:15 am, 9am

Sat – 8 am, 9:15 am

Sun – Open Gym

** Youth Training

(OPEN-GYM)  Members can come in on their own and make up a missed workout or work on a skill or create their own workout.
