Rest Day…

Go out today the weather is mostly cloudy skies early, then partly cloudy after midnight. Intervals of clouds and sunshine. High 63F, Winds SW at 10 to 20 mph. So get on your bike, run in the park or just get out and rake up the leaves. It’s going to be a fine day and one of the last nice days before the cold really gets in your bones. Do something you wouldn’t normally do and get out of your comfort zone. We’ll see you Monday.
