10 Minutes of Mobility and Stretching
Buckle Up!
4 teams (A, B, C, D)
Teams A & B run to 202 and back
Teams C & D work on completing Ten rounds of 10 DB Hang Squat Clean Thrusters and 10 Push-ups.
When everyone from teams A & B return from 202. Teams C & D run to 202 and back then teams A & B start work on completing Ten rounds of 10 DB Hang Squat Clean Thrusters and 10 Push-ups.
Repeat until YOU have completed 10 rds of 10 DB Hang Squat Clean Thrusters and 10 Push-ups.
