Heavy kettlebell thrusters
Push-ups
Sit-ups
A “Thruster” is a deep squat with an overhead press. This can be done with various pieces of equipment i.e. dumbbells, medicine balls, barbells etc… This exercise is a functional movement and should not be taken lightly.
