The Tuesday Torcher

Do 10 rounds start each round at the 2 minute mark of: 

  • 5 burpees
  • 10 kettlebell snatches 5/5
  • 15 mountain climbers
  • 20 kettlebell swings

The faster you get through, the more rest you’ll get!
