This routine will be a team effort. Teams will follow the order of the workout and they will perform the exercises 1 team member at a time. This is a “for time” ROD. The teams may split up the reps, for a single exercise, any way they please.
100 Air Squats
100 KB Swings
75 Tuck Jumps
10 100m sprints
