Try this on for time !!

20,16,12,8 reps – each hand gets the full amount of reps.
  • Swings
  • Push press r/l 
  • Snatches r/l (unless your doing double handed snatches then perform 30 reps)
  • Figure 8 to a hold 
  • Windmills r/l
