As many rounds as possible for 10 minutes

15 Kettlebell swings
15 DB’s floor to overhead (anyway you can)
15 Pushups

Rest 1 minute… breathe & go another

10 minutes for as many rounds as possible

10 DB Squat cleans
10 KB Squat thrusts with jump
10 MB V-ups
