Take 1:00 rest between each triplet and rotate through 2 times.

- Jumping pull ups / thrusters / slamball 20-20-20 x3 = 3min
- Kettlebell swings / burpees / flings 20-20-20 x3 = 3min
- Kettlebell clean L / Kettlebell clean R / mountain climbers 20-20-20 x3 = 3min
- Pushups / Walkouts / Kettlebell get-ups 20-20-20 x3 = 3min
