This will be a 45 second work / 20 second recovery for 3 rounds with a 1 minute rest in between

  • Dynamax Log throws
  • Evil Jumps
  • Side to Side Step Ups w/ DB’s in hand
  • Elevated Plank Climbers
  • KB Cleans Long Cycle (3r/l)
