Perform the following exercises for 30 seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest for 3 rds non-stop.

Rest 1 minute rest after the 3 rounds, repeat 3 more times.

  • Reclines
  • Ape walks
  • Dynamic Squats
  • NLP Push-ups
