- KB Racked Squats (switch between rounds)
- KB Diamond Situps
- KB Hold to figure 8
- KB Push press (switch sides at rounds)
- KB Alternating Stand-Kneel-Stand (switch hands at rounds)
- KB Swings
The Trainer will write the sequence of exercises much larger than normal on the board so you can follow.
