  • 50 Mountain Climbers (1 for each leg)
  • 40 KB Swings
  • 30 Anyway Sit-ups (just don’t grab behind the thighs)
  • 20 Reclines
  • 10 DB Thrusters

Let’s go heavy with strict form. It’s not how fast you finish, it’s how good you look finishing. Good form always.
