 FDNY Physical Test Preparation NLP Style

 All the above are the required to pass the FDNY Physical Exam. In place of these test requirements we will use substitute movements that mimic those that are listed. Our exercises are above and beyond the requirements, because we believe that the test you take should be easier than the workouts we prescribe. 

 
This workout will be performed for 45 second work / 15 second recovery for four rounds with a 1 minute rest after 2 rounds.
