Get as many rounds as possible in a 10 minute time period of each triplet.

Rest 1 min 30 sec in between each triplet.

Triplet 1

  • 50m Farmers walk
  • 10 Reclines
  • 10 Burpees

Triplet 2

  • 100m Sprint
  • 10 Dumbbell Thruster
  • 10 Tornado Twists
