Hurricane Conditioning

Teams of 2 or 3 will perform Wall Sprints for 20 seconds followed by 3 rounds of each couplet posed below.  Complete 3 rounds of each couplet before you move on to the next couplet.

 

  • 16 Kettlebell swings
  • 12 Reclines

1 minute rest

  • 16 Slam Ball
  • 12 DB Squat Cleans

1 minute rest

  • 16 Tuck jumps
  • 12 Burpees

Get through as fast as possible !
