This is a 40 second work / 20 second rest timed exercise for 4 rounds with 40 second rest in-between rounds

  • Box jumps
  • DB Thrusters
  • Jump rope

  • Row 
  • Wall-ball shots (12lbs/14 lbs)
  • Deficit Push-ups w/ alternating knee to elbow touch
  • KB swings (20kg/24kg)
  • Landmine shoulder press (alt r/l each rd)
  • Tire sledge slams
