- 10 kettlebell highpulls
- 15 mountain climbers
- 20 kettlebell swings

- 1a) 5 forward Sled pushes – 20 yards heavy
- 1b) 5 backward sled drags – 20 yards heavy
- 2a) BW squat jumps 20 reps / 5 sets
- 2b) KB goblet squats 15 reps/ 5 sets
- 2c) KB swings 10 reps / 5 sets
- 3a) Sandbag reverse lunges 8/8 3 sets
- 3b) Farmers walks 100 ft/ 3 sets
- 4) ab’s 4×20 ea. exercise
