Utilizing a Barbell, try to complete the following without putting the bar down.
- 100 Jump rope singles
- 30 Back Squats
- 30 Alternating Lunges (rgt + lft = 1)
- 30 Behind the Neck Push-Press (make sure to avoid placing the bar on the notch of the neck)
- 30 Romanian Deadlifts
- 30 High Pulls
- 30 Power Cleans
- 30 Bent Over Rows
- 30 Thrusters
- 50 Sit-ups
Women 30 lb bar / Men 45 lb bar. As a penalty, if you place the bar down you have to add 5 reps each, to the subsequent movements.
