Death by Kettlebell

Each person will grab a 16, 20 & 24 k kettlebells. When the clock starts, perform the 1st round of the ROD. After completing the 1 round of circuit 1 you will rest 1:30 and then continue to the next round. After 2 rounds have been completed you will move onto Circuit 2 for 2 rounds. The kettlebells can be adjusted to the fitness level of the individual.

2 Rounds of Circuit 1:

  • 10 Goblet Squats
  • 10 KB Swings

With 16kg, 20kg, 24kg, 20kg, 16kg = 1 round

2 Rounds of Circuit 2:

  • 10 KB Swings
  •   5 Burpees

With 16kg, 20kg, 24kg, 20kg, 16kg = 1 round
