Saturday PARTNER Relay
Perform the following three exercises with a partners AFAP in the order highlighted below in RED in a IGOUGO relay race format.
- 100M Sprint (1x, 4x’s, 7x’s & 10x’s)
- KB Swings (20, 50, 80 reps)
- Sit-ups (30, 60 & 90 reps)
