This is a 35 second work / 15 second recovery for 5 rounds with a 1 minute rest in between rounds

- KB Cleans & Press (l)
- Mountain Climbers
- KB Cleans & Press (r)
- Clapping Push-ups (women plyo push-ups)
KB clean and press may be done long cycle if familiar. Plyo push-ups is when you hands come off the ground a bit.
