Members can come in and make up a missed ROD, work on a skill or lift they would like to spend more time practicing or do your own thing.
Take advantage of this opportunity and improve your movement skills. Swing – Clean – Snatch – Turkish Get Up, work with the Kettlebell. You can never be to good to develop better skills on the Kettlebell. Learn to Clean a Barbell properly so as to avoid risk of injury. When you better know the movements the less risk of injury the more you will enjoy and benefit from your workout’s here at Next Level. Coaches will be available for questions and assistance during this time.
