16 Rounds for time:

  • 6 DB Alternating Snatches (3 on each side from the ground)
  • 6 Mountain Climbers (r+l=1)
  • 6 Frog Push-ups

Because of the high round count, while you are working out, to yell out loud each round number. This will help you remember where you are at during the rounds.
