Thunder Dome

In this routine you move from each of five stations after a minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “time”, you must move to next station quickly and resume the movement. 

For Three Rounds of:

  1. DB Hang Squat Cleans
  2. Double KB Clean & Press
  3. Reclines
  4. Squat Thrusts
  5. Alternating Single Leg Push-offs on Stepper
