Perform the following movements for 3 rounds for time:

  • 20 Squat Jumps
  • 18 KB Swings
  • 12 KB Rows (5l/r)
  •   6 Squat Thrusts
  • 12 KB Cleans (6l/r from the ground)
  • 18 KB Presses (9 l/r)
  • 20 Sit-outs (l+r=2)

Take rest as needed. Go heavier than the previous day on the KB cleans.
