- DB Bulgarian Squats (R+L) (foot on benches)
- KB Single Leg Deadlifts (R+L)
- Mtn. Climber/Spider-man Push-ups
- Jumping Pull-ups
- KB Half-Kneeling Single Arm Overhead Press (R+L)
All single-side exercises will switch at every round. The Mtn. Climber push-up will be performed with every 3 knee movements (R-L-R/ 1 push-up – L-R-L/ 1 push-up) to a push-up holding the knee out.
