Pre-workout:
- Sandbag Get Up, 3 reps Ea Side, 6 minutes MAX work
Workout:
30 minute cap – complete each group as shown below before moving one
- Sandbag Squat 4 sets – 6 reps
- Decline Push-ups 6 sets – 8 reps
- V Ups 6 sets – 10 reps (r+l=1)
- Kettlebell Row 3 sets – 10 reps 5r/5l
- Atlas Stone Walk 3 x’s around gym
- Burpees Pull-ups 3 sets – 6 reps
- Dumbbell Arnold Press 3 sets – 6 reps
- BB Curls 3 sets – 10 reps
- Band Tricep Push downs 3 x 20 reps
