Warm-up:

10 minutes of Mobility Drills

Pre-workout:

  • Sandbag Get Up, 3 reps Ea Side, 6 minutes MAX work

 

Workout:

30 minute cap – complete each group as shown below before moving one

  • Sandbag Squat 4 sets – 6 reps

 

  • Decline Push-ups 6 sets –  8 reps
  • V Ups 6 sets – 10 reps (r+l=1)

 

  •  Kettlebell Row 3 sets – 10 reps 5r/5l
  •  Atlas Stone Walk  3 x’s around gym
  •  Burpees Pull-ups 3 sets – 6 reps
  • Dumbbell Arnold Press 3 sets – 6 reps

 

  • BB Curls 3 sets – 10 reps
  • Band Tricep Push downs 3 x 20 reps
