Jump Rope for 2 minutes, then perform 2rds of the following movements for 30 sec each

  • Dynamic Squats
  • Skips
  • Alt. Lateral Lunge
  • Groiner w/T-stab
  • Push Through Push-up
  • Side Plank (R)
  • Side Plank (L)

 

Pre-game: 2rds

Leg Crank for speed – Prisoner Squats (24 reps), Alternating Lunges (12 ea. leg), Split Jumps (12 ea. leg) Squat Jumps (12 reps)

 

Workout: 6rds

15/15  with 1 min test between rds

  • DB Snatch (l)
  • Air-Dyne Bike Sprint
  • DB Snatch (r)
  • Plank Climbers
  • DB Romanian Deadlift (rdl)
