- Jump Rope, Stretch & Foam Roll…. in that order
Pre-Game: 9 min EMOM
- 3 pull ups, 6 Push ups, 9 air squats
- 3 Dumbbell Man Makers (ascending weights)
- 5 Broad Jumps
Workout: Triplets
Work: 20 seconds non-stop
Rest: 40 second rest between each triplet.
Perform each triplet 3x then rest 40 sec and move onto the next triplet…. repeat 2x’s

- Kettlebell clean R
- Kettlebell clean L
- Squat Thrust
Triplet #2
- Kettlebell Swings
- Mtn Climbers
- Thrusters
Triplet #3
- High Knees
- Bear Crawl (f&b)
- Push-ups
