  • 1:00 Jump Rope
  • 5 BP Snatches (ascending weight)
  • 5 Broad Jump Burpees

 

Workout: Circuit Style

4 rounds at :45/:15 w/ 1:30 rest after 2 rds

  • TRX Recline Rows
  • 100m Sandbag Run
  • BB Shoulder to Over-head
  • KB Kneel to Stand
  • KB Cleans (alt sides each rd)
