Group Warm-up: 2rds

  • 2 Minutes of Jump Rope
  • :20s of High knees, Butt kicks, Dynamic squats
  • Banded Hamstring Stretch – 1 Minute per side

 

Workout; Bodyweight/Dumbbell/Kettlebell Ladder

Complete for Time… or 25 minutes.

  • 1,2,3… 10 of Burpees
  • 2,4,6… 20 of DB Thrusters
  • 3,6,9… 30 of Kettlebell Swings

Example  1 Burpees, 2 DB Thrusters then, 3 KB swings… then 2 Burpees, 4 Thrusters, 6 KB swings…..
