Workout; Bodyweight/Dumbbell/Kettlebell Ladder
Complete for Time… or 25 minutes.
- 1,2,3… 10 of Burpees
- 2,4,6… 20 of DB Thrusters
- 3,6,9… 30 of Kettlebell Swings
Example 1 Burpees, 2 DB Thrusters then, 3 KB swings… then 2 Burpees, 4 Thrusters, 6 KB swings…..
