Rd1 – 300M Run (the “clock”)
Rd2 – 200m Run
Rd3 – 100m Run

- Reclines
- Box Jumps
- High-pulls
- Burpees
The Runner(s) become the Clock.
Circuit through the workout everyone switches exercises when the runner(s) return. Take :30 rest period between each station and 1 minute rest after rd 1, :45 rest after 2rd
