- Jumping Jacks (:30 seconds)
- Air Squats :(30 seconds)
- Groiners with T Stab (:30 seconds)
Endurance (10 minute EMOM)
- 5 BB clean and press (Add 1 rep each minute)
Workout (20 minute AMRAP)
- 5 Burpees
- 10 Push press
- 15 Slamball
- 20 KB snatch (10R/10L)
- 15 Slamball
- 10 Push ups (weighted optional)
- 5 Burpees
