Group Warm-up: 2 rds
- 2 minute Jump Rope
- :30 Dynamic Squats
- :30 Laterall Lunges
- :30 Jumping Jacks
- :30 Strict Hand-release Push-ups
- :30 Superman’s
- :30 Hollow-out
Workout: AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)
for 10 mins do the following….
- 5 DB Thrusters
- 10 Dbl V-ups or 20 Single Leg V-ups
- 20 Split jumps
- :30 Jump Rope Or 1 minute if you stop for any reason
AMRAP II for 10 mins, do the following
- 5 Burpees
- 10 Pushups
- 20 Squat Jumps
- 100m Sprint (up-to Sharrots Ave)
