Group Warm-up: 2 rds

  • 2 minute Jump Rope
  • :30 Dynamic Squats
  • :30 Laterall Lunges
  • :30 Jumping Jacks
  • :30 Strict Hand-release Push-ups
  • :30 Superman’s
  • :30 Hollow-out

 

 

Workout: AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)

for 10 mins do the following….

  • 5 DB Thrusters
  • 10 Dbl V-ups or 20 Single Leg V-ups
  • 20 Split jumps
  • :30 Jump Rope Or 1 minute if you stop for any reason

AMRAP II for 10 mins, do the following

  • 5 Burpees
  • 10 Pushups
  • 20 Squat Jumps
  • 100m Sprint (up-to Sharrots Ave)
