  • 15 KB Good Morning
  • 10 Push-ups
  •  15 KB Front Raise
  • 20 Seal Jacks
  • 1 minute Jump Rope

 

KB Workout: 8 rds

  • 20 Power Swings “HEAVY”
  • 15 Goblet Squats
  • 10 Clean & Press (5 each side)
  • 5 Burpees

** Power Swing-  Hinge- Hike- Drive until the Kb reaches chest high then return to ground…. Hinge- Hike- Drive……
