- KB Goblet Squat
- DBL KB Incline Press on D-max ball
- Deadlift
- Push-Press
- Pull-ups
Finisher: 100 Sit-ups
3-Minute Cycles
Run to Park House and back + Max Sit-ups
Continue until you’ve completed ALL the sit-ups
