Workout:
Do the following couplets :25 seconds work/:25 seconds work/:25 seconds rest
- Kettlebell Swings/Squat Jumps
- Mt.Climbers/Slamball
- Slamball/Push Press
- Push-ups/ Recline Rows
Complete 6rds at each couplet before moving to the next couplet.
Rest 1 minute between rds
Finisher :
- 25 Medball Floor Tap Sit-ups
- 25 Sandbag Drag Throughs
- 20 Medball Floor Tap Sit-ups
- 20 Sandbag Drag Throughs
- 15 Medball Floor Tap Sit-ups
- 15 Sandbag Drag Throughs
