  • EMOM for 12 minutes
    • min 1 – Jump Rope
    • min 2- 1 Suicide Sprint (4 cones)
    • min 3 – 6 push-ups & 12 Air squats
    • min 4 – :40 Bike

     

Workout:

Do the following couplets :25 seconds work/:25 seconds work/:25 seconds rest

  • Kettlebell Swings/Squat Jumps
  • Mt.Climbers/Slamball
  • Slamball/Push Press
  • Push-ups/ Recline Rows

Complete 6rds at each couplet before moving to the next couplet.

Rest 1 minute between rds

 

Finisher :

  • 25 Medball Floor Tap Sit-ups
  • 25 Sandbag Drag Throughs
  • 20 Medball Floor Tap Sit-ups
  • 20 Sandbag Drag Throughs
  • 15 Medball Floor Tap Sit-ups
  • 15 Sandbag Drag Throughs
