Group Warm-up
2Rds of 30 sec each movement
- Dynamic Squats
- Alt Rear to Lateral Lunge
- Arm Circles
- Groiners w/ T-stab
- Band Pull Aparts
- Pigeon Stretch
- Jog 200 m (It’s going to be beautiful out so let’s start to get outside a bit!)
Workout
4 Rds of 40 sec work/ 20 sec Rest
- Box Step Overs
- Crab Walks
- KB Swings
- TRX Reclines
- Battle Rope Jumping Jacks
There will be 2 minutes between each round. At the end of each round run 200 meters. Whatever time remains in the 2 minutes is your rest!
