    • 20 Jumping Jacks
    • 15 Mountain Climbers
    • 10 Band Pull A-parts
    • 5 Up Dog/ Down Dog

Pre- Game EMOM

  • Complete 75 High Pull into a Goblet Squat
    • EMOM 5 Push-ups at the top of each minute

      Workout – AMRAP

5 x 3 min AMRAP w/ 1 minute rest between each.

    • 8 DB Deadlifts
    • 8 Burpees
    • 8 Push Press
