Group Warm-up

    • Jumping Jacks
    • High Knees
    • Air Squats
    • Up Dog/ Down Dog

Pre-Game AMRAP (10 min)

Begin w/ 2 reps of each and then add 1 rep each round. Use 1 KB for all movements.

    • KB Clean
    • KB Goblet Squat
    • KB Push Press
    • KB Reverse Lunge

Workout AMRAP (24 min)

    • Timer = 200 m Run
    • Tire Slams
    • Ski-erg
    • Sled Pull
    • Inverted Rows
    • Plank
  • Keep working until the runners return.
