200 m run/1 min bike/ski/rope

  • 20 high knees
  • 20 med ball jacks
  • 10 stiff leg march
  • 20 med ball chops
  • 20 band pull aparts
  • 10 groiner w/t stab

Partner Workout

With your partner AMRAP each movement for 4 min UGOIGO style.

    • 5  Clean & Press(4min AMRAP)
    • 10 Wall Balls(4 Min AMRAP)
    • 5  Front Squats( 4 Min AMRAP)
    • 10 DB Deadlifts( 4 Min AMRAP)
    • 5 Burpees( 4 Min AMRAP)
  • Take 1 min rest after each AMRAP.

TRX Finisher (12 min)

3 – 6 – 9 – 12…add 3 reps each rd

  • Partner 1 – TRX Face-pull, TRX Squat Jump, TRX Curl
  • Partner 2 – Jump Rope
