Tabata Boxing Tonight at 8pm

This is a 40sec work / 20sec rest Tabata for 2 rounds

Punching Bag(s), Punch Mitts, Jump  Rope,

Box Jumps, Bear Crawls, Heavy Bag Slides,

Burpees, Med Ball Slams and anything else we throw in.


Two Minute Torture

On the two minute mark, complete the following movements in this order 

  • 5 burpees
  • 10 kettlebell snatches 5/5  (two ways)
  • 15 mountain climbers
  • 20 kettlebell swings

The quicker you get through, the more rest you have.

Example: If you get through all movements in 1:30, you have 30 seconds before you have to start again. We will do 10 rounds of this which will take a total of 20 minutes.
